For eight years, we've built Growth Gurus around one decision: focus entirely on extending, applying, and teaching our Klaviyo knowledge.. That decision was recognised this month, when Klaviyo named us the 2026 Rising Star APAC Partner of the Year at K:BOS, the company's flagship partner event in Boston.

The Rising Star category recognises partners showing rapid growth and standout contributions within the Klaviyo ecosystem, particularly across high-growth markets like APAC. It's not an award for size. It's an award for depth.
"This recognition means a lot to us because it reflects a decision we made early."Not to spread ourselves across every platform, but to go deep on Klaviyo and build a genuine relationship with their team. That focus is what gets our clients results, and it's what this award recognises."
– Olivia Grant, General Manager at Growth Gurus

One of the clearest examples is our work with Casella Family Brands, Australia's largest family-owned drinks company. They came to us with a familiar problem: Decades of customer relationships built at cellar doors, wine clubs, and bottle shops, with almost none of it usable once those customers moved online.
We moved six of their brands to Klaviyo, connected the physical and digital customer data, and built 60 high-performing lifecycle flows across the portfolio. Automated flows now drive 43% of Yellow Tail's Klaviyo-attributed revenue, and the portfolio has seen 35x ROI over the past 12 months. You can read the case study in full here.

The recognition isn't only about client results. General Manager Olivia Grant holds one of Klaviyo's invite-only advisory board seats, and was invited to speak at Klaviyo's Internal Partner Day, sharing how Growth Gurus works within the ecosystem with a room of fellow agency partners. We also run an annual session with Klaviyo's own sales team, on the belief that the whole ecosystem works better when partners talk openly about how they operate rather than keep it to themselves.
"Our partners are helping write the next chapter of the autonomous B2C CRM, one where data, AI, and real relationships work together for every brand we serve."
— Eddie O'Brien, SVP of Global Partnerships, Klaviyo
None of this changes what we do day to day. It's still eight years of the same decision: One platform, done properly, for brands who'd rather have depth than a long list of channels done half well.
